It is absolutely inedible. I exercise a lot and have been drinking caffeinated beverages to improve my exercise results for many years. I wanted an all natural pre-workout supplement to fuel my workouts and based on the positive reviews on Amazon I decided to give RAW TEA a try. Taste: First off, let me say that I can't complain about taste, especially when it comes to supplements. I use NOW Nutrition's unflavored whey protein powder, which most people find gross because it has no sugar. Given the choice, I always choose something unflavored rather than sugary dessert drinks. I literally cursed out loud and made faces every time I drank RAW TEA. It tastes like bad medicine, and despite all the effort and time spent mixing it into the drink, it still tastes chalky and bitter. It's hard to say whether this drink really gives you energy or not. It could work. I haven't noticed any significant differences from the HI-Ball Energy Drink that I drink before my workout. Powder problem: The powder hardened and stuck to itself about halfway through the container and at this point, mostly due to the disgusting taste, I decided to throw the rest of the container in the trash. Wouldn't buy again.
