The ease of use, the ability to backup my entire network (both physical and virtual) with just one click. It's also very easy to restore from backups. I wish there was an option to have more granular control over what gets backed up. For example, I'd like to be able to exclude certain folders or subfolders that are not used by our business. This would allow us to keep some files off of the backup but still have it available if needed. We've been using this service for about 2 years now and haven't had any issues. I highly recommend this product. We're backing up all of our computers and servers at work and home, as well as VMs running on Hyper V. It has made it much easier to ensure that we can recover quickly if something happens to our primary machine/server.
