Worked for me right out of the box
I opened the box, pulled out, plugged into a USB 3 port and powered. Connected to my IDE hard drive, after adjusting the power supply, the drive read like it does on my computer. Removed everything from the hard drive and used the downloaded program to clean the hard drive. Everything worked without any problems. Easy to use, no complicated settings and I didn't even need a guide. It just worked!
