I was so excited to buy this for my child. Unfortunately, the pieces of fruit are smaller than expected. She immediately gagged herself with all the fruit except the apple. They're fine when we're around them, but I'm never comfortable leaving them when she has them. So I removed them. Very disappointing because the handles are perfect for their small hands and are very light. However, the giraffe is perfect! Definitely my daughter's favorite teether. There are multiple places it can chew: the head, legs, tail, ears, and fly. The giraffe is well made and the long neck is perfect for grasping. We take it with us everywhere. I have not yet tried the toothbrush or other items included in the kit. 5 stars for the giraffe. 1 star for stems.
