Because I do so much of my shopping online, I am always on the lookout for new retailers that provide both high-quality goods and outstanding assistance to customers. I'm sorry to say that my time spent with AMEBELLE left me feeling let down and aggravated. I found that the quality of their products was lacking, despite the fact that their website is simple to navigate and provides a large selection of different kinds of clothing, shoes, and jewelry. The materials that they used in their clothing gave the impression of being inexpensive and flimsy, and the shoes that I purchased were destroyed after only a few uses. In addition to the low quality of their products, I was dissatisfied with the AMEBELLE staff's assistance in answering my questions and resolving my concerns. They were slow to respond to my inquiries about the problems I was having with my purchase and unhelpful in addressing my concerns when I tried to get in touch with them. In general, I would not suggest AMEBELLE to anyone who is interested in purchasing trustworthy and high-quality apparel or accessories for women, such as shoes or jewelry. Their website might be attractive to the eye and simple to navigate, but the quality of their products and customer service is so low that it is not worth the money to invest in them. Put aside some of your cash and go shopping somewhere else.
