The neck warmer is soft, well made and perfect for my 3 year old granddaughter. The size is a little smaller and less bulky than other popular brands, which is more suitable for a small person. LOVE "pink tie color"! The mottled effect is subtle but pairs well with hats/mittens purchased from other companies. Pink is a true pink with a slightly lighter pink undertone.
