Service is slow and there are lots of problems

I like that you can book appointments with multiple agencies at one place, as well as see pictures of potential contractors so no need to go back-and -forth comparing them! The service itself isn't good enough (they always have some kind of problems), but it's more about their customer support than what they actually do in terms off how much work gets done etc., which makes up most people concerns anyway.
It doesn't solve anything really since there aren’t any major benefits or advantages over other similar platforms online today.

Pros

That everything is available all from your phone instead for having something installed somewhere.
You're ready right outta box without spending hours installing software onto computer/PC if using this platform via mobile phones directly through smartphones only , even though its not 100% reliable when booking an agency due mainly because issues happen occasionally during scheduling process between 3rd party agents
