Review on 🖌️ Quality Empty Quart Paint Cans with Lids (2 Pack): Convenient Value Pack of Unlined Metal Paint Cans by Carl Givens

First impressions are they are great and work like any paint can. The problem occurs when you want to put the lid on. I tried using a rubber mallet at first, but as I got around the glass, the opposite side kept popping out. It was not possible to close the lid with just a hammer / mallet. I then used a 2x4 piece of wood to cover the entire jar and hit the center of the wood with a hammer to dent all sides of the lid at once. This worked to close the lid tightly, but it started warping the sides of the jar (see image). I doubt I can take the lids off and put them back on without completely crushing the can and wasting the rest of the paint.
