Sometimes it works.
I don't know what the problem is. I sit about 12 feet from the speaker and sometimes it works on the first press, sometimes it doesn't. I changed the batteries thinking they were the problem. still have the same problem. I think it's a Polk speaker. The supplied remote control also works perfectly.
