This remote is better than the one that came with my soundbar. However, you need ordinary batteries, not round ones like in the photo. So in vain I bought a round battery.

The product was a direct replacement for the soundbar. Requires no configuration, works right out of the box. You need to buy a battery as it is not included. The thickness is very thin and light. I'm not sure if that's a positive or negative, but I'm sure you'll see complaints and compliments about it.

I don't know what the problem is. I sit about 12 feet from the speaker and sometimes it works on the first press, sometimes it doesn't. I changed the batteries thinking they were the problem. still have the same problem. I think it's a Polk speaker. The supplied remote control also works perfectly.

AFTER YOU UNDERSTAND HOW TO OPEN THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT, this little one works great! It does NOT come with a battery, so previous reviews mentioning "you just point and click" are not entirely accurate. But once the battery is in (which was HARD, I won't lie) all you have to do is point and click and it works just like the original remote.

I've been looking for this type of remote control for months. I checked with the manufacturer and they didn't sell replacement Polk surround consoles. I checked several websites including Revain and couldn't find any. I saw this one and immediately bought it. Item arrived on time and as described. I added a battery and it worked straight away with no issues. It works great and I can finally use surround sound again without any problems.

Nice little remote control. Much thinner than the original that came with the soundbar. Function is good, came quite quickly. My biggest complaint is that it takes a CR2025 battery, which isn't included. I think for $20 the inclusion of this battery would make sense since it's not the type of battery I think most people have. It took me several tries at several stores to find one in stock.
