I opened the package last night and I can't wait to clean my windows today. I removed some of the handles as I was only doing first floor windows, but what I used worked really well. I also washed part of the window frame. As others have noted, it flexes a little with all the parts attached and the second story height still requires a ladder to get the angle and grip strength right. Also, I realized that I need to remove the screens before doing the laundry, so I'll wait for my husband to help with this (he can use a ladder). Looks like you can replace the blade. I am happy with my purchase so far.
