Not 9.5 liters - stand mixer
1) It took 248 ounces of water to fill the bowl to the brim so the mixing bowl holds 7.75 liters not 9.5 liters. 2) Says number of speeds 10 but only 6 speeds (level 10 and P are the same) Honesty is very important to me when buying a product, which is why I gave it 1 star. If they had published the actual spec I would have given it a much higher rating.
