The ability to track shipments in real time is very helpful for our business! We can also look up historical information about those orders that do not have tracking numbers - this helps us keep better records of what was shipped where at any point during an order's lifecycle. It would be great if we could set alerts when certain threshold limits are reached so as soon as something exceeds them then there will be notifications sent out via email or SMS depending upon how your account has been setup with their service provider. This makes it easy enough from anywhere I am physically located without having to worry too much about missing important updates related to my shipment status throughout its entire life cycle.
