Great tool, easily integrated into operations and workflows

The ability to track shipments in real time is very helpful for our business! We can also look up historical information about those orders that do not have tracking numbers - this helps us keep better records of what was shipped where at any point during an order's lifecycle. It would be great if we could set alerts when certain threshold limits are reached so as soon as something exceeds them then there will be notifications sent out via email or SMS depending upon how your account has been…

  • I would have to have a much better and better setup to have alerts sent out if a certain threshold is reached

CMS WorldLink - Useful tool and great support

I like that it can be used for both freight quotes as well as shipments to customers. It is very easy to use when you are just learning how everything works with CWMWL. There isn't anything really bad about this program but if your looking at other programs then make sure they offer good customer service because sometimes there may not always be someone available during business hours. This helps me keep track of my invoices which makes things easier in general especially since i have multiple

  • I have to have someone there to be helpful when I have a customer service and that can be a good system for the customer but not for me
