The fan needs a remote control to operate. When I use a switch on the wall it only works for light. The remote control is lost or broken, I can no longer use the fan! The installation is quite easy. There will be an additional box that needs to be connected to the wiring. This is the receiver for the supplied remote control. The fan can only be switched on and off via the remote control. The remote control has low, medium and high level to control the fan. You can choose between yellow and white light for the lighting. also timers 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours and 8 hours!LED. This means that if it breaks, its irreversible damage. The lamp cannot be replaced. The remote control requires 2 AAA batteries (batteries not included)! Both the fan and the light are working well at the moment. For €130 it's not bad. I hope this lasts long.
