I bought these for my 2016 Transit Connect after trying to remove the OEM grommets. The OEM is impossible to remove without damaging them even after trying 3 different keys including the one that came with the car. These grommets are well packaged to avoid damage in transit. After removing the old tabs, I simply smeared some anti-seize tabs onto each tab before simply installing them with a wrench. In my photos you can see that the normal ears are quite battered. I really like how they look on my car. What I paid for the hole kit would have cost me about $100 at the parts store. Very happy with this purchase.
