Don't worry, it's crushed!
I bought this hat to wear to the garden for a friend's 50th birthday. I was dismayed when it came in a padded envelope and didn't change well after numerous attempts at folding, pressing, straightening etc. I had the brilliant idea of using a hair dryer to get rid of the wrinkles and voila! The perfect hat! Be careful as the heat melted the glue on the velcro but I just glued it back on. I would buy a second hat for the hostess!
