connect disappointment!
After 45 min then 30 min sessions with customer service couldn't connect the device to my router. I traded in LG that lost connection for this Philips. In the same place as LG, which has worked for years. There is also a Samsung in the next room, powered by the same router. Philips apologizes for connection problems, starting with too far from the router! LG didn't seem to mind, the internet server should disable the firewall! I didn't know we had one, LG has it too. I returned the product due to disappointment. I've read reviews from other manufacturers having the same connection issue. What to do ? I want to buy one and plug it in right away, can that ever happen?
