Lights are very easy to install but there is a caveat. DO NOT USE THE MANUFACTURER'S CUTTING TEMPLATE. The required cutout size is 4 inches. , the size of the template is almost the same as the overall size of the installed 4-1/2" fixture. Using the template allows the mount NOT to grab the ceiling drywall as it goes right through the hole in the template size. Aside of that it works exactly like a standard torso reconstruction jig, I didn't want to bang the jig around a sprocket because of this, I had to check the dimensions before proceeding.
