The product itself appears to be well made - so more of a way to draw attention to the concerns of large dogs or parents with multiple dogs. We have two large breed dogs and we bought these to allow our furry little ones safer travel and to keep them from jumping out once the door opens. However, since it buckles with a seatbelt, it disengages when they step on the release button (like mine). Another problem we encountered was entanglement. Because our dogs are large breeds, we have to stretch at full length to reach the clip on the back of the harness when in a seated position. Their legs got tangled when they lay down, and once they kind of got tangled with each other! Unfortunately I feel they are more secure without the buckles but I will use them if I only have one dog with me. Hope this helps others in their search.
