Review on Alpine UTE-73BT Advanced Bluetooth Mech-Less Digital Media Receiver: Ultimate Wireless Audio Solution (CD-Free) by Eric Glup

If you're buying a unit under $100, buy this one. Don't waste your money on less.

First I bought the recommended Nakamichi block, which was garbage. It was an unfinished product that felt like a child's toy at a discounted price. I had to buy an apline device while I was at it before Amazon pointed me to the wrong device. So I returned Nakamichi and bought an Alpine. So happy. 10 times better. Firmly. Perfect menu options. Accessibility and ergonomics in alpine quality. Yes. Significantly worse than devices from 8 years ago, but still better than other offers at the same price. I have a 2012 device that does everything like this, but everything looks much better. menu item on the device. I have JVC and Pioneer sets where, for example, I pull into a driveway and want to turn the volume down. I accidentally pressed a button that takes me to an interface menu, and now I twist the knob left and right to scroll through the menu instead of adjusting the volume all the time while trying to order food. Alpine knew this was going to happen, so pressing the button doesn't change anything until you press another button to bring up the menu. Ideal. It should be so. These things make him good. So my car has 4 speakers and the volume is fine. Obviously I can barely hear it at speed with windows down, but that's to be expected from any standard head unit. Overall I would definitely buy again.
