I printed 8/9 photos on the paper that came with the printer. They all came out fine. When I then replaced the cartridge, I had 1 paper jam. never mind; I just pulled out this photo (couldn't use it because it wasn't printed). But now that I have a second refill cartridge I was only able to print 1 photo and then this madness happened. I don't even know what to call it. This is not a paper jam as layers of color prints not printed in the photo began to creep out. I took out the cartridge but it was impossible to chip off the thin layers of paint. It looks like this entire cartridge is damaged and unusable. What a waste of money. Before that, the printer made strange noises. I'm not sure if it's defective or if it's a defective cartridge. I bought this printer after reading many reviews of different printers. Looks like I made the wrong choice. It's not as easy as I thought. I've had a headache since the first attempt to install the app. There were many misunderstandings between him, my phone and the Bluetooth connection to the printer. (I have an iPhone 7.) I should have taken that as a sign that this printer sucks. I'm happy with the photos that print successfully, but I wouldn't recommend this printer to others given all the issues I've had with it, and I've only used it twice. Not worth the money.
