Moen 136103C Hose and Syringe

My mother's 25 year old Moen Syringe broke and got stuck in the open position. It's good that I visited her when it happened. So while she was waiting for the new Amazom sprayer to arrive, I pulled the hose part way out of his body and placed it face down in the sink drain so she could scoop water without spraying herself and the entire kitchen . I just had to replace a broken screw-on atomizer head, but unfortunately no one sells just the head. The head is chrome plated plastic and my mum kept thinking it was stainless steel. It is very light and slides out of the holder easily. When she arrived the physical therapist was there and offered to give her a new head. According to my mother, he couldn't put it on and told her that while the new head looks the same as the old one, it's not interchangeable. Thank you mother. For me, that meant an hour and a half drive to her to have my atomizer fixed. I was afraid to go under the sink and change the hose and hit my head a few times in the process. When I got there, I unscrewed the new head and screwed it onto the old hose. It only lasted 3 seconds. No tools were needed. It was perfect. I should have been glad the job only took 3 seconds, but what about a 2 hour drive home during rush hour? Mom tells me PT has never offered or attempted to replace the atomizer head. It was time for me to go. One way or another, the kit comes with a hose and a spray nozzle. Connecting the hose to the faucet is very easy. Simply push it in and snap the clamp onto the spray hose and faucet to prevent hose from loosening under heavy water pressure. By the way, the nebulizer works very simply and is ideal for older people with osteoarthritis in their hands and fingers. I only gave it 4 stars because it is plastic and not sold separately from the hose.
