Moen 136103C Chrome and Black Spray Head with Hose Assembly - Powerful and Stylish Review

They've improved this spray head. It has a much more flexible hose. The shower head shuts off with no water pressure (no more unexpected showers). Arrived on time and well packaged. Still has a quick connector to connect the hose to the faucet.

Hose works but clamp not as strong as old clamp. Same style but doesn't hold hose tight enough to prevent leakage. It's not the same clamp, although they look similar. No hydraulic locking. Moen makes a line of clamp connectors that appear to be identical, but are not.

Easy to install. Better than the one that came with my faucet! The hose that came with my faucet was plastic/rubber that kept catching on something and felt weak. This new one is braided hose and works great! Slips in and out without binding or leaking!

It's plastic and the knob wiggles at first as mentioned here, but once it's in place and there's water pressure the wiggle goes away. It's small, feels good in the hand and has a powerful jet. It fits into an existing hole we had from our last sprayer on our sink. and always looks clean and shiny. I've been using it for 5 months till now.

The perfect replacement for our old side sprayer's leaking hose. This one seems very solid, easy to install with a plug. It was bought to replace the Moen body spray that came with our faucet. This hose is definitely an improvement over what came with the original kit. Seems more durable. Installation took about a minute.

Received this to replace an original atomizer assembly that only lasted a few years. I was surprised to get it with a metal braided hose (pictured with a Lame-O plastic hose) that was worth the price I paid. Doesn't matter! I always struggled with that stupid plastic tube - SO annoying! This thing slips out, flexes slightly in any direction, and then practically snaps back into place! Worth every penny!

I will be the only voice of disagreement here. Our old sprayer had a broken handle. Straight out of the bag, the interchangeable assembly seemed too easy. When I compared it side-by-side to the original, the hose diameter for the new hose was noticeably smaller, and it looks like the atomizer part around the bottom has been removed to save on cost. After the old one was removed, I definitely felt the weight difference. The new one seems to work, although the small hose seems lost in the hole…

This product information is a bit confusing. The picture shows a hydrolock fitting and the product description states that the product comes with a hydrolock fitting. Duralock was written under the title, but I took a chance. It's good that it still fits and doesn't leak. As for the product itself, it works great. My mother's 25 year old Moen Syringe broke and got stuck in the open position. It's good that I visited her when it happened.
