Good pad for home use but not heavy enough for commercial work

I really thought I got the wrong pad when I ordered the one with the digital display but when I came back I saw it was 3 different versions existed, and I did not choose this device. This was used to heat and loosen backsplash tiles. Found I had to take the tile to 300 degrees for the binder to loosen. The gun could do this in high temperature mode. The gun is good for the price, the reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the tools that come with it are pretty cheap, but then again that wasn't the reason I bought this unit.
