I bought a set of these at least a year ago for a folding workbench that I built in my home workshop, and they are extremely sturdy. So I was surprised when I used them for another folding workbench, because they are nothing like the first set.Both sets are bolted to studs; the set I bought last year doesn't budge even with me sitting on it and I'm almost 200 lb. This set flexes if I push down on it with a respectable amount of force so I'm not gonna give it the sit test. Maybe it really will support 330 lb, but for what I use the bench for (a standing computer workstation), it doesn't need to.
