I just wrote this down but didn't try it because there was a small piece of paper in the cup that said 'Do not freeze below -10C'. Most freezers are kept at 0°F, which is -18°C. Therefore, they should NOT be left in the freezer until needed. In fact, the instructions say "Leave in freezer for 2-4 hours, when refrigerant freezes, remove from freezer". Nowhere in the description is this mentioned. Terrible false advertising and Revain calling them "Revain's Choice" is even more insulting! But to Revane's credit I can return them for free, which I will do tomorrow.
