Review on IM Loyalty by Aaron Shaw

I have used this product for a while now and it has been very helpful to me in my work with my clients. The customer support team is always willing to help you out no matter what time of day or night it may be. Their product is great, as they've listened to my needs and implemented them into their system. Nothing really! This software is great! It's easy to use and keep up with all of your clients' information. It can also hold multiple accounts at once if you need to. We're able to easily share files internally and externally. I love how easy it is to create campaigns, send emails, and track results. The UI could be improved by adding more customization options. It's not as user friendly as some other tools out there. If you're looking for a tool that will help you manage your rewards program, look no further! We are able to communicate with our customers via email and text messages. This has been very helpful in building relationships with them.
