But now they've become a part of life for all of us, so I gave them a task. I like the look because it's not just a flat piece of fabric or cotton. When something that was around like a mask suddenly becomes part of everyday life, I tend to look for something that looks different than the look of a workshop. Putting it on is very easy, you put the ear loops over your ears and then connect the Velcro straps at the back of your head. The velcro straps really went a long way in eliminating a lot of the loose gaps you have with regular masks that just loop over your ears. The only thing I hate about wearing a mask in a place like a doctor's office where you just sit and can't move to blow air in your face is that I get hot or sweat under the mask. Here I really appreciate the exhalation valves. They make wearing a mask much more comfortable. Because the mask has multiple layers with replaceable charcoal filter, it is more durable, so it doesn't lie flat on the face and looks big. The material of the mask is comfortable to the touch, so it doesn't feel cheap and feels high quality. I am really incredibly impressed and would definitely recommend this mask to a friend or family member. Be sure to read below as there is required maintenance that is easy to perform but is necessary for proper protection. Let's find out. Quality: The material feels full and doesn't feel cheap. At the same time, it is also soft, so it does not rub or irritate. Design: Velcro straps offer a good adjustment so it fits well and offers good allergen protection. The charcoal coating adds a valuable barrier against bad odors, but not enough to make you go to a public toilet at a gas station without fear, so be warned. I don't want to forget the exhalation valves either. I love her. They have a small diaphragm that closes when you breathe in and opens when you breathe out. This part is vital to the protection the mask provides and will occasionally need to be replaced so you will need to service and inspect it from time to time so you can replace it if it is not sealing properly. Fit: It's comfortable and never bothered me by rubbing or getting hot thanks to the exhalation valves. Adjustable shoulder straps ensure a comfortable fit and eliminate loose gaps in disposable masks. This is not an N95 but offers better protection than a standard disposable mask.
