This stem really brings the handlebars closer and higher to the rider for a more upright riding position. So better than adjustable stems that rotate at the front of the stem in that regard. However, this stem is heavier than I expected. Adjustment is easier than other similar stems that require two adjustments. Maybe two adjustments make for a more secure fit? The bad design is in the stem clamp where the top of the slot connects, so this design doesn't allow for free/natural clamping. Unfortunately, this part of the stem cannot be seen in the photos. In my uploaded picture you can see the difference between the top and bottom of the clamps. The upper part cannot be fully clamped because the adjacent part is firmly connected.
