In my experience these so-called "sports bras" do not restrict movement at all. Now I can't speak for those in sizes A and B who might not have much movement initially but like 38DD anything above and I'm guessing up to size C they won't stabilize to any great extent. I don't practice yoga, but I see that for those who do slow-paced activities, this will suffice. However, I bought them for a warm-up that includes jogging and other intense movements leading up to kickboxing and weapons training. This means that when I run, I still have to keep my forearms against my chest. Now, on the other hand, since they are quite comfortable, I see myself as a daily ironing relief. For this reason I have no plans to return them but will have to keep looking for a sports bra that provides enough support for my activity. It's also worth noting that the material seems to snag easily. So be careful with ridges, embellishments and everything you come across.
