Don't waste your money. That sucks. The pads are significantly smaller than the size of a cup, so they look very odd when wearing them. It's like you have this circle that's bigger than the areola but smaller than the breast. It just looks weird. The pads were also wrinkled and creased, which is reflected in the outer material. The pads fold further into the inside of the bra. It's just a nightmare. Don't waste money.

These great sports bras are made of good material, fit well, are breathable and will keep you in place during your workout. BUT. When I received them and tried them on it turned out that due to the way they were packaged and delivered the padding inside was irreversibly dented in the centre. When I put them on, my chest looked deformed and I couldn't fix the padding. Fortunately, the padding is removable. So be careful! They're great except the padding folds out of shape.

I wear a plus size sports bra from several brands including Champion and Reebok. But it cuts into my armpit at the front of the top. And the seam on the strap fits my shoulder perfectly, so the seam cuts too. The front end is too narrow and places the weight right on my neck and halyards. I also want to mention that I absolutely hate the yellow neon green dayglo color that I got because you can totally and fully see the removable foam cups. in this color. Terrible.

I bought this bra in size M in Plum (Hot Pink Name). I usually wear a 36C bra and this sports bra fits me perfectly. The fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable. In my experience these so-called "sports bras" do not restrict movement at all. Now I can't speak for those in sizes A and B who might not have much movement initially but like 38DD anything above and I'm guessing up to size C they won't stabilize to any great extent. I don't practice yoga, but I see that for those who do slow-paced activities, this will suffice.
