The tool has been very helpful for us as we are able find out which factors have contributed towards our current performance levels within each segment (eg revenue).We also use it daily so its easy access from any device makes life easier! It's difficult at times when using different segments but once you get used with how things work then everything falls into place nicely - just keep practising. We're currently looking forward working more closely together across all teams/departments suchas marketing & sales etc.. This will enable greater collaboration between departments leading up too customer service issues quicker than before!!
