This mouthwash was recommended to me by my dentist because I have very sensitive teeth and don't like products with artificial colors/dyes. I've been using this product for a few months now and have noticed an improvement in my tooth sensitivity even with no other changes to my toothbrush, toothpaste, diet etc. I really think the results speak for themselves. The taste is good, not bad at all. I'd say it's a little pricey per ounce, but where do you find a product that works this well without the artificial junk that most other mouthwashes have? The answer is: You won't find anyone else. It costs extra to have teeth that are much less sensitive. I would recommend this product to anyone who has very sensitive teeth, even after using Sensodyne or any other toothpaste for sensitive teeth.
