It works well. in my review

The wall lamp mounts to a plate that is screwed to a wall so you will need to drill a pilot hole on wood, or mount it on sheetrock. A screwdriver is required. I mounted mine on wood. Everything you need is in the box. A cord with an AC plug is attached which comes down to the floor. The shade assembles with Velcro around two metal hoops. The LED bulb is dimmed with the on-off switch (knob.) This is a slick unit. We have two of them.

Love the easy of installation.

Cons

The adjustable color temperature may be difficult to manipulate or inconsistent

It came lose as I was installing it .Had to remove it from the wall and install again and still it was lose..
