This product is listed as new but the product I received looked refurbished. If you look at the attached photos there was a QC Passed sticker and when I opened it there were scratches on the top of the charging case and some sort of fingerprints or skuz. At first I thought it was a plastic wrap that needed to be removed, but it's not. There is no foil or other inner packaging, so this is very similar to a refurbished product. I bought this as a present for my wife. Not happy with the fact that she put headphones in her ears that looked like someone else was wearing them. I guess I have to ask for a refund.
