Review on Calphalon Classic Nonstick Roaster with 16-Inch Rack by Ryan Yap

I bought this one the day after buying another because this was on sale and I really liked Calfalon and thought I couldn't be wrong. I didn't even intend to open a second one. I got this and was very concerned about the rack. It's a lot smaller than a frying pan. I have a big problem with this because when I take a steaming turkey out of the oven I don't need a stand that can slide and shift and spill the contents on me. I pulled out another and the grate was tight against the pan. I decided to keep this one and wish I had never seen it for sale. Also bought a Calphalon saucier ($66) and after making a non-acid sauce, had a permanent ring around the pan where the sauce was. I'm not very happy with this brand at the moment.
