Not very good in water, best in sports nutrition
Ice cream sandwich flavor overall is tasty enough to work in turns. One thing you should know is that it's not good in the water. I tried it in the water first and was very disappointed after reading the great reviews. Use skim or 1% milk and the flavor really comes through. Quite expensive at $1.45 per serving, but drinkable.
