Remote control works well. Worked out of the box with my FiOS box and literally took a minute to set up the TV. My problem is that the remote control is not the same as in the photo. The advertised remote says Verizon at the bottom, FiOS TV at the top, and the button between the channel and volume buttons is the FiOS TV button. However, the remote I received says "Frontier" at the bottom and the FiOS TV button says "Live TV" instead. The instructions for this remote are for the Frontier set top box, so I'm not even sure if it's intended to be a replacement for FiOS boxes. It works, but it's just a clone of the original that's advertised. I can't comment on the quality of the internals, but overall the remote weighs 4 ounces less than the original remote. That might not seem like much, but it tells me that cheaper components are being used. In general, do not apply the original remote control when customers receive clone remote controls!
