This product does not clean or work properly. I literally watched this machine searching for a base for over 20 minutes and the base was literally in front of the device. The unit does not mop or vacuum well. It literally "picks up" items in one place and drops them in another. I spent an hour chatting with Amazon which didn't help at all. I completed troubleshooting with the guide and with Amazon but was told to contact the seller. I tried to contact the seller but he kept sending me back to Amazon! I asked Amazon for a direct contact number but there was none. I have had this product for less than 48 hours. The first day I received this item, I tested it and encountered the same issues. I let it charge fully and they tried using it today, same problems. The item is defective and I want to return it immediately! All round customer service was totally unacceptable for both companies.
