This is a nice unit BUT the installation was a little iffy. I asked questions, and since the questions seemed to be controlled by Revain, it was difficult to get an answer. The manufacturer kept telling me I could use the video for a "gold single-pin device" which I couldn't find in my searches. I was told to send my email in the "background" and the link would be emailed to me. I have no idea how to send my email in the "background" so I was never able to complete this task to get an answer to the installation problem. I don't know why the link wasn't just posted in the 3 replies I received as I'm sure others would benefit from that link. As I had issues with the finishing of my bathroom I cannot return this unit. All I wanted was an installation video and I would be really happy with 5 stars.
