This is the first treadmill I’ve purchased but I did a lot of research before deciding on one. I am SO happy with this treadmill! First, I love that there is no assembly, I live alone and although I can usually put most things together, I was Leary of attempting to put a treadmill together. It was literally set up within 30 seconds after I got it out of the box! Only thing that needed to be done was lubricate and adjust the Belt. That also took no time at all. I also love that it has preset programs, or you can choose if you want it to count down time, distance or calories. Instructions are very easy to understand. My friend, who is an exercising fanatic was so impressed with it she ordered herself one! You will not be disappointed by this treadmill
