I really like that their service is very flexible when it comes to customization of software within the system; especially with some applications that we're in need for as customers! The cost was higher than other companies but they have great workable plans too! We love this program overall so far! Not any dislikes! Nothing yet! Honestly nothing at all! If you've not checked them out then why? They are going off cloud soon though which will be nice because it'll help cut down costs. It allows me to update things easily without asking another employee or administrator about something being updated somewhere up the food chain (i.e., mainframes etc.). Great! Great benefit if your an owner who can't stand not knowing what's happening where. I like that they are able to help me with my business needs. They have been very helpful in assisting us find new ways of doing things. It is difficult sometimes when you need support from them but it's not their fault. Sometimes we just don't get what we want or needed. The benefits so far has been great. We were having problems keeping track of clients information. Now that we use this system everything seems easier for everyone involved.
