Fixed unmanaged load suitable for testing 1-2A batteries and wall chargers

Fixed unmanaged load suitable for testing 1-2A batteries and wall chargers. Draws 0.9/1.8A, not 1/2A in the listing. Be VERY careful when handling after using it for a minute or more as it gets EXTREMELY hot at over 150C/300F. I thought it was hot enough to cause problems (other than burns), but it holds up after a few hours of use.
