After spending 18 hours installing the Christmas tree, the spinner didn't work. It spun a little, made noises, and then reversed direction of rotation. I was worried about stability when it happened. I asked for an extension to get this back and was willing to give up spinning wood for the first time in 18 years. The seller didn't refund after Christmas so I bought another spinner which arrived 2 days later. I converted my tree into a new counter that works great. Considering my first spinner lasted 18 years, the #1 year off was unacceptable. Neither the product nor the seller are definitely recommended.
