Best All in One Post/Protein WHEN on Sale

Let me start by saying that there aren't many post-workout supplements that actually contain the most important ingredient in a recovery soup, which is high-quality whey isolate. So I applaud Chris for creating an all in one product. Many people who are knowledgeable about supplements might be put off by the added creatine and amino acids since amino acid bursts were so common not so long ago. This is not the case as Chris has provided third party lab tests for you to test yourself. However, the added creatine, glutamine and betaine are just the icing on the cake as the real star of the show is the great tasting 28 grams of wpi. I find that isolates (because of their fine blending) are best suited for a refreshing fruit flavor as opposed to your typical milkshake flavors. That's exactly what you get here with strawberry lemonade and orange cream, which I think are equally good. For some, the stevia/sucralose system may seem too sweet. Points for coloring are natural. I'm curious as to why coconut cream (with maltodextrin!?) was added as it only seems to increase the total calories/fat/sugars which might be a bit higher for those looking to bulk. I like to dilute it with water. slightly larger and use a full spring bottle polish. I also add 5 grams of Kaged Muscle Creaclear (the best creatine monohydrate on the market). The prohydrolysis in this product ensures that the digestibility is at a different level without protein denaturation as is the case with ion exchange whey. The biggest problem with this product is the price. I only buy it when it's on sale. If the product got rid of glutamine and added a full 3-4 grams of creatine hydrochloride and a full clinical dose of betaine, I would be more inclined to make it the only protein I buy. The Kageda muscle line is based on a system as this may not be a problem for some. Finally wanted to say that I'm not a fan of Kaged Muscle as I think the pre-workout is awful (very jittery) so rest assured this is an unbiased review. Most importantly, this product combined with Nutrabio Pre helped me build muscle in two months.
