Great pots and pans, but the outer coated bottom is as slippery as a baby's.
I have a 12" skillet and 2 quart saucepan that I use with other SS nonstick cookware. It's better than frying anything that isn't marbled and doesn't have its own fat; this. Chicken, eggs etc! Also suitable for making condensed milk. nothing to hold The only drawback and therefore four stars; the underside/outside is also covered. This makes it dangerously slippery on the burner. You need to grind with a grinder. I'll come back and tell you how it went.
