NEW: I got a replacement for my old flashlight that didn't light up. This new one works fine. I've run it several times and every time it runs fine. I was even able to light my old one with it. I will continue to use it and hope it continues to work. I would like to thank the customer service team for attending to my after sales needs. You have worked very actively with me to reach a decision on this issue. There are many torches out there, but I doubt any of them have as good a support as the one I just got. I recommend you buy this flashlight unless the seller endorses their product for some other reason! OLD: It glowed when I first got it, but after a few weeks it stopped burning on its own. If I turn it on and point it at the gas stove burner it will eventually light up, but you have to keep the gas on at all times or have your back to the burner to light it again. I played with the gas flow and refilled, but the clicking no longer causes flames.
