Review on 🍃 SunGrow Mini Catappa Indian Almond Leaves: Enhance Shrimp Aquariums, Reduce pH and Stress, Optimize Environment - 50 Leaves per Pack by Sophia Medina

I originally ordered these in hopes of lowering the pH/hardness of the water. I didn't notice much of a difference on that front. I love the look of dark water and find the tannins help my Betta. My current pool is quite artificial (new hobbyist) so I love having this simple addition that helps the pool feel more natural. I had to add a little more than indicated on the packaging. I also have some in a water jug that I use to refill. I plan to use it all the time. I usually change the ones in my tank every 2 weeks. Alternatively, if you don't want the leaves in your aquarium, you can put them in a glass of hot water and make a concentrated liquid, strain and pour into aquariums (after cooling, of course).
