This installed in about 20 minutes and then had to be redone because I wasn't aware I had another fan in the house set to the same probe positions. It was easy enough to make adjustments. Works as it should and makes it easy to control the fan which only has one switch to control both the light and the fan. Please note that this requires a specially sized battery. I didn't get it the first time, so I had to wait a few extra days before installing it. I would buy again if needed!
